Consider using tables to help with layout. They can be tricky to work with but they do allow for better alignment of media types. Using some basic html you can hide the table lines, and make other various changes.

Placing media side by side is made easier by using tables.

This is using a 2 column layout. Much easier to place text in one area and an image or other media in another.

Notice in editor the title appears twice. I find it looks neater to turn all options off in page settings and create your title yourself in the post as opposed to letting the tool do it for you.
